Simple two-tier plans
Example: 8% on the first $50k closed in a month, 12% above that. Easy to explain, powerful for overperformance.
Product-specific rates
New logo vs expansion, or core product vs add-ons, often need different rates. Filter rules by product so finance doesn't maintain parallel sheets.
Pair tiers with transparency
Publish the plan in the rep portal and show which tier applied to each deal. Transparency reduces disputes more than any policy doc.
